Does anybody know where to find the APC Bodykit for Saturn Ion 4dr sedan?
I work for a Toyota dealership. The best thing for you to do is search in your home state and get the best deal you can within reasonable driving distance. Prices vary by region because it is owned by a different person/group. I am in GA and we are owned by Southeast Toyota. Usually, the price difference from one area to another is not worth a long drive or flight.I'm not sure what can be done, I bought a used car and the owner did not signed the pink slip!?
Alabama, where the Toyota plant assembly located. Can you transfer your auto loan?
Try Dallas,Tx. There is so many dealers selling new cars and will give you a great deal on a new car! Just be sure of the one car you want and compare prices then go for it ...enjoy.What's the difference between sunroof and moonroof?
All cars come from the factory and there is not a dimes difference between them.. a toyota camry in georgia is the same price as a toyota camry in alabama if it has the same equiptment..each one comes with an MSRP.. but it does not govern what the dealer can sell them for.. usually a dealer will set his own price.. now you have to be carefull about what and where you buy.. because some dealers will us an addendum sticker with which they jack up the price of the car.. they will try to justify it by listing something called added extras.. such as a protection package that costs 1500 dollars.. some will simply say additional dealer markup and some will say.. market adjustment allowance.. it is legal for them to do so but you don't have to buy from them.. your best bet is to deal with a dealer that does not use an addendum sticker..remember, an addendum sticker is not more car, it is just more price. Also in some states, if there is an abundance of camrys, the distributor will offer an incentive of 1,000 or more to the dealers.. it is not a rebate to the consumer, it is a dealer incentive, he can pass it on or keep it.. some do and some don't.. what you want to do is buy from a dealer that is negotiating from the MSRP.. not the addendum one.. a rule of thumb for you to use is this.. check the msrp amount and subtract 6 percent.. what you have left is approximately what the dealer paid for it.. so if it is a 30,000 dollar model then he paid about 28,200.. try to buy at 29, that gives him about 1,000 dollar profit.. Now here is something else you need to know.. go to toyota.com and look up the factory incentives.. paid to the consumer.. if there is one on your particular model then you can use it in negotiating the price.. ALSO.. check this out.. it is true.. the american toyota dealers do not buy from the factory.. they can only be bought from the Zone distributor.. the southeast zone consists of florida, georgia, so and no carolina, alabama and possibly virgiania.. all toyotas are priced by the distributor.. in the 60s when toyotas were shipped to this country.. it was set up through 4 distributor zones..the guy in Jacksonville florida.. is the distributor.. and he has an iron grip on what goes on in his market area.. when you a buy a toyota.. you are paying the factory, the distributor and the dealer markup.. I think it is possible that some parts of the country are no longer covered by a distributor.. that may be the difference between what you see in different states.. but in most cases.. you pay somewhere around 3,000 extra because of the distributor agreement.Don't deal with a dealer who uses addendum stickers because you will pay more money.. the extra stickers are a shill price.. even for the so called protection package.. some states may require that they actually put something on the car before they can charge for it.. a protection package usaully consists of a clearcoat that protects against fadeing, peeling and rust.. it is a 49 dollar spray job and they charge you 1,549 for it.. Toyota will also charge you about 2,000 for an extended warranty.. a dealer will tell you that there is a 36k mile or 36 month bumper to bumper warranty.. but it does not cover wear and tear.. the warranty is only for possible factory defects.. wear and tear is on you.. I know you want a toyota.. and they are great cars.. I own one myself.. a matrix.. it is great and for my money the best buy that toyota offers.. I bought mine right..because I understand how to negotiate.. Now if you want a camry class car.. and have an open mind.. let me suggest that you take a hard look at the ford fusion.. look it up on line and see what the experts have to say about it.. the fusion is in the same class as honda accord, and toyota camry.. but it is rated best in initial manufacturing quality, best in performance, best in appearance, best in comfort, best in interior quality, and best in features..plus it is dollar for dollar a better value than either camry and accord.. sorry about the length of this, but I felt like you would want to know these things.. good luck..
