Chevrolet Impala. You can pick a good one up for less than $10K.. Get the LS model with the 3.8L engine.. you can actually get more than 32 mpg on the highway. BTW.. a Pontiac Grand Prix is basically the same car... You can drive one for over 200k miles and the engine and tranny will be fine...

If you go import, you will get killed on the "road tax" Since we don't have that here in PA, I am guessing it is like Virginia's. If you find a 04 Accord,, you will still pay 15 grand. and still get killed on the tax...
