If you're selling the parts on eBay, you may be working against the laws of diminishing returns. That is the amount of time you invest disassembling, packaging and shipping the parts may be less than the profit you will make.
If I were you, I would sell the entire vehicle on eBay as a parts-only vehicle and make it clear in the auction that the buyer must transport the vehicle.

Make sure your title is clear on this. If there is any chance that you do not have a clear title (stolen or liens?) you could find yourself in jail...

When you advertise it, make sure you say parting out,, you (the buyer) pull the parts you want,, you will get less money that way, but unless your gonna pull the parts, I would advertise it say on Craigs list give an idea whats Not there to start with, then as it gets stripped more and more you can repost whats left with whatever information your going to add, as for prices,, Check your local ads or call a local wrecking yard, but remember to figure prices for if they pull it or if you do,Depends on what your aiming for. If you just want it gone call junkyards and they can offer you something for it usually. If you want it taken apart piece by piece so that SOB knows how you feel use a crow bar and be really mad, but if your just trying to get the most out of it run a classified ad in your local paper.

First and foremost is the title in your name?Second will your community zone laws allow it? As a rule of thumb it'll take a long time to sell it off piece meal the best option is to sell the whole truck "as is,were it is" the buyer has to remove it and do what ever they want with it.
