Cost of the wheels and tyres side(your choice), if your car did not come with 13s originally, you will have to modify the bodywork. Its a bit hard to describe, easier to draw but when you fit the wheels to the front of the car, when you go to full lock, the tyre will catch on the front of the wheel arch. To rectify this, you need to increase the radius from about the 2 oclock position of the wheelarch down this entire side. Its best done by a professional but if you are competent enough, its not the hardest job in the world. I would estimate that this would cost about £150, add the cost of the wheels and also a new set of arches to cover the cutting of the wing and front panel. Anyway,if you intend to run a mini, you would need to start buying a few tools as they need plenty of maintenance. Also, the mini magazines on sale have shown articles covering this entire job from start to finish. It might be possible to find back issues on the net. Some specialised mini garages also will give you menu price for this job, again some of these advertise in these magazines. Good luck.
