How much should I ask for my Toyota Corolla (1987) if I put it for sale in Canada?

very well maintained... new brakes, new windshield... been very reliable.. I am third owner, and first young owner. Garage stored, but some rust. Drivers window doesn't roll down. passed inspection with flying colors 6 months ago... what should I ask for and what should I go down too?
