There is no trick. Learn your products and your competitors products, treat customers as you would wish to be treated, and be HONEST. Follow up with your customers regularly and if you are any good after 3 or 4 years you should be making a good living. The car business is NOT a get rich quick scheme, it takes years to build clientele and income. Work hard, and be patient and it will pay off for you in the long run

What is the best way to negotiate with a vehicle salesman?

Knowledge is key.
Customers come to you for information. Give it to them. They want to know which vehicles will suit their needs, wants, desires, expectations, etc.
Thats the hard part. It's not really hard but it takes knowledge & skill to do that.
The negotiations are the easy part.
