Well I had to buy another car this week. My poor ole Chevy truck finally gave up and I had to put her down and give her a funeral (see my 360 blog for THAT story). So I ended up buying a sort of slime green 1995 Plymouth Neon. I only paid $1400.00 for it and its a little rough but I thought it was a good buy because It has a CD player and runs. Now all my friends are laughing at me and saying Im gay or a woman. Why? Is this a chick car? I bought a can of red spray paint and popped off my wheel covers and painted my wheels red then climbed under and sawed off the muffler. I though maybe I could tape off the hood and spray some big red racing stripes too. Anything to make it look and sound more like a guy car. Any suggestions? Keep in mind I dont want to spend much money (none if I can help it). My ex brother inlaw suggested I spray paint a giant skull and cross bones on the hood. I dont know if he was just kidding though. Dang -- I knew I should have bought another truck.

obviously another one that didnt get the memo about the plymouth neon.we have a very serious problem here without a very good solution base...what youve done is gone into the dark zone, and to make it worse u made the trek willingly..within months all ur guy friends will have abandoned you, and as im sure your already aware of, the girls have long since abandoned your ship.but hey, you will get used to the loneliness after awhile..so whats left?...bout the only thing left is move to a big city, live in the gay district and open up cute decorator shop or sell real estate..let me just offer my condolences and hope that CD player puts out some killer sounds~~~the bottom line is this, no matter how or what u do to trick it out--its still always gonna be a NEON!

this is what i'd do if i was on a very small budget> i would of also yanked the hubcaps off. depending on local laws, you can put a piece of tint on your top of your windshield about 6 inches down. i'd paint it either black, primer black, or primer grey. it'll make it look like it is under construction. i'd put atleast a small glasspack or something in place of what you cut off the exhaust. it'll sound decent with a 5-speed. also, you can make some pretty trick lunar or masked looking headlights with the stock headlamps and turnsignals. then take the same color you painted the car with and paint you lights. not too much though or cops will mess with you. maybe a couple lights where the windshield wiper spray nozzels are. definately tinted windows. you can do to terribly much with a neon to make it look dudish. only way is too just take that 1400 dollar deal of yours and put about 2grand in her. then she won't look so girly.. oh and you could throw in there anything made by KandN to give it a throaty sound and a couple horses. well, hopefully i gave you a few ideas.
