Question:
I am looking at the diesel one, which comes all equipped with leather upholstery and lcd screens. I tried it today, and I really liked the car, specially its design with plenty of leg room. Please let me know it has proved itself as a good car in the long run or not.
For all the single guys. What kind of car do you think is attractive to the ladies?

Don't buy Tata Indigo XL grand it's just a waste of money. If you want to buy a car buy
1. Wagon R
2. Toyota corolla
3. Ford icon/fiesta
4. Honda city
Go for these. I had Tata Indigo XL grand it's having lots of problems. So I bought Toyota corolla. It's the best.

Do I have to pay back the interest on my car?
Though I dont own a Tata Indigo XL as yet, I intend to own one very soon, and my observations are based on a comprehensive test drive that I had recently along with my experiences as a Indigo LX owner for the past 3 years. The engine is much more responsive - almost like a petrol one! The space is luxurious, and along with the luxury features, makes you feel that this car is complete, with nothing left on your wish-list. The AC vents both in front and at the rear are godsend in this harsh summer, not to talk of the small, glove compartment chiller to keep your drinks cool when you need them most.
I dont think there should be any issue regarding spare part availability since most parts are shared with the other Indigo models. You get a total of 48 months warranty for an upfront payment of 4.5k, which is good. As regards maintenance, it will certainly be cheaper than that of Ford Fiesta, Hyundai Verna and Maruti Swift (Diesel).
My Indigo LX gives me 12.5km/l of Diesel with the AC on in Mumbai. So I expect that the XL will perform even better, since Intercooled and Dicor engines are known to be more frugal on fuel.
I sure am going to buy one shortly and would certainly recommend it for its looks, features and comfort.
