Get a work permit and get a job after school and weekends. If you save some money from every paycheck you will be able to buy yourself a car-maybe not the exact dream car you want but at 15-16 years of age you drive what you can afford and just be glad you have the wheels. If you earn the money yourself you will appreciate it a lot more and take better care of it.You need to rethink your priorities. There is a lot more to the cost of a car than the purchase price, and unless you have a regular income you may find yourself hard-pressed to keep it up. You may get your permit but may not have the financial resources or the experience or maturity necessary to maintain a motor vehicle. For the time being forget about a car loan, which you can't get anyway. You will be just creating big problems for yourself. You will always be able to find a car you really really want, so that won't be a problem. Save up the cash. Concentrate instead on figuring how to pay for all that goes with a car: repairs, insurance, gas, and the time it might take away from your studies. Set yourself a goal and if it is something you really really want you will still have the goal a year from now. This one particular car is probably not the right time for you, but there will be others.
A car is nothing but a big expense that is always draining your wallet. You do not need that sort of thing at your age.

How do you plan on insuring that car? At your age, it's going to cost you another $2k on top of that. Every year.
If there is anyone who had a problem with patience, it is me! I wanted a pick-up truck that was $4,000 a couple years ago before I turned 18 and really had no way of buying it even though I had a part-time job. I just had to settle with the car I already had.
what is a fuel card ? my new company is offering this to me?
It seems in your case, this will be your first car. Therefore, you have to follow the advice the other respondents of this questions is saying; you have to earn the money before spending the money. I was 17 before I got my first car, so don't feel bad.
Youre going to have to work your butt off and get another car! Sorry
