Is 19,809 ok milage on a 2004 Explorer? I am looking to buy one but dont get the milage thing. Thanks.?

Well, you have alot of options here.
First thing to determine in my opinion is- how well can you drive a standard (manual) car? If the answer is good, then ask yourself- How fast can you effectively shift? If the answer is even moderately quick, you're going to get alot more acceleration from say a 5-speed manual Honda Civic (using as an example) than a Civic that is the same except it has an auto transmission.

Can anybody help me? Tell me what you think about this. I need your opinion. Please HELP.?

As for the car, in the range of $5000-$6000 you can get a nice Acura Integra, which if you have ever driven you know they are fast little cars (for their engine size).
Looking for something bigger? You'd probably be able to get a nice BMW 750il (the thing with 12 cylinders!! A ferrari in disguise) for that price. Correct me if I am wrong but I believe those only come with an auto transmission.
It all depends on what you want to be driving. All I can say is, don't get a Mustang. While they are fast compared to most other cars, take any car with a similar build (power-wise) and you'll be left in the dust with a mustang.
The Nissan 300ZX is a nice, fast car. Comes w/ a manual trans as well. If you buy any of that series you won't be dissapointed.
I still must say that the transmission (assuming you can drive well) is one of the key factors in determining a car's capabilities. For instance, I have a '92 Corolla. Not what you'd consider a fast car.
HOWEVER, I can beat most automatic cars to the line, and beyond, just because I have a standard, and the fact that I've gotten my shifting down. My little 4 cyl can take on most 6's (given they are auto).
Good luck man.
