Mercedes or Lexus?

I have a 1996 Saab 900S Convertible, 150k miles, I'd sell for about $4000 - new alternator, clutch, fuel pump, compressor. Has CD Changer, weather band, power roof, steering, A/C, leather seats, fog lights, 5 speed manual (do you know how to drive a manual shift?). Great in snow, separate set of snow tires, and a blast to drive in summer with the roof down.

What do you think of the new Dodge Viper, is it worth buying?
