two very good car, but i say the infiniti m45 just because that car just stands out more than a mercedes, the e350 is nice and classy, but it just shows of your status, it says, im rich and im well off, but driving the infiniti, you don't really get that feeling, plus the m45 is much more sportier than a e350, the e350 is a v6, the m45 is a v8.
(I said E350 because thats the basic mercedes e class, the e320 is a diesel engine)
