Unless there is a typo, that invoice price is very high. The ES350 has about a $4000 mark up. If MSRP is $37900, invoice should be about $34000. I would skip all the maintenance, undercoating and extended warranties. And I would also fight any dealer fees over $200 - $300. There are rarely incentives, so I would not wait for them. There are a few good holidays coming up (memorial day and july 4th), you might be able to get a better price then.No way anyone should pay that close to MSRP.even at a higher end dealer. Go back and haggle the same person a few times and wait for the last day or two of the month to make your final offer. They may come down a little more to get that last sale for the month.
