SPEAKER SPACERS - Carpeted vs. Wood / Plastic ?

Hi there. I need spacers for my 6x9s and was wondering if anyone could please tell me if it is really worth the extra $10-15 for carpeted spacers over wooden or plastic ones? or is there hardly any difference? Thanks

This really is up to you. Carpeted one's require no painting or anything and go right in. Wooded and plastic may require painting.
If you are up to the task, get the least expensive one's and buy a can of cheap spray paint. Paint them yourself and save some $.
