I have two nice sets of 6.5 componets. On the box it says 4ohms so I am assuming that is the load present at the crossover??
What brand of woofer is the best (quality &sound)?
Each set handles 200/w rms and I have a 2 channel 800/w rms amp.
What is wrong with my car antenna? It won't raise up, meaning I have no radio?
I will need to put a 2ohm load to each channel on the amp. So I will have to wire two 4ohm speakers down to two ohms, can someone tell me wich type of wiring to do.

However as a speaker is basically a coil you are speaking 4 ohm impediance rather than 4 ohm resistance so maybe a 4 ohm speaker in paralell with a 4 ohm speaker will do the trick.

yo need to do a parallel conection in order to down the impedance to 2ohm. This is very easy to do just conect 2 speakers of 4 ohm, positive of speaker 1 with the positive of speaker 2 and then to the positive terminal of the amp, the same with the negative wires. now the amp will see at its output a 2 ohm load.More Questions & Answers ...
