Those are powered subwoofers meaning the amp and sub are all contained in one unit. They are usually used for the space constrainted because they don't perform as well as subs in an enclosure powered by a seperate amp.

Why my car amp keeps shutting off...? All wires look ok, only when I raise the volume on my radio it cuts off?

those are subs with a built in amp they sound alright if you dont want alot of bass my friend had like 18 of the nos ones in his trunk and it still didnt have much bass at all your better off going with a diff sub and amp cause the bazookas are not worth the money but they are small and compact if thats what your looking foor
