The matress set is a very good high quality matress with a folding box spring. I will be driving to maryland from geogia and back. I want to get the cheapest rental car, van, truck as possible.

Forget SUV's they will not fit unless you are able to roll up the mattress. Take a U Haul. a Cargo van should be correct.Cargo van dimensions:

What does everybody think about the brand "dual" car stereos?
Though U Haul mentions that it is only 19.95 per day for rental, there is a small catch here. The number of miles allowed per day is 100. If you exceed, you have to pay per mile excess. It would range from usually 59 cents per mile on weekdays and 79 cents per mile on weekends.

If you can roll the mattress, then go for the largest SUV with Enterprise. Take the weekend deal since it comes much cheaper than all the other car rentals. And the number of miles per day is much higher.
