If you find the station your after hold one of the number buttons from 1-6 for a couple of seconds (usually until it beeps) then that should be stored, Make sure that it is by turning the car on and off and checking the button to see if its stored if not you have to take it the car audio installers and get them to connect the "memory" wire at the back of the stereo. Its a common problem this and should not be a big deal!
