Umm. The easiest approach to achieve what you want is to go to a local shop such as Best Buy or Car Toys or any local car stereo shop. But I must warn you! It will be expensive. This falls into "custom" work and a fair estimate of probably $500.00 should be expected. This is the amount of an estimate I recieved for a fairly simple box design some 6-7 years ago. If this is a lot more than you want to spend and dont feel comfortable building the enclosure yourself I would try another pre-made box. There are many to choose from. I would say that the standalone best company to buy a box from would be "Obcon". They have excellent build quality and have a reputation of building boxes that deliver sledgehammer like bass output but they are not cheap. Here is a list of online shops were you can get pre-made boxes. sounddomain.com; woofersetc.com; crutchfield.com;obcon.com; onlinecarstereo.com; I am sure you can find a pre-made box which is closer to the specs you want from one of these places. Good Luck!

you can find boxes on www.cardomain.com or even with no experience you can still go for it and build your own.. you gotta start somewhere, just be careful when building a ported/vented box because if the port/vent is too big or too small you can change the sound quite a bitWhich are better JBL P652S or Pioneer TS-D161Rs?
