my question is that is there any monthly yearly subscription needed for using gps ?
or just a one time buy of the instrument would do

It really depends on how good it is. You should probably go for the $100-$200 Dollar ones. Those are the best for the buck. All you really need is a 1 time buy if you pick the right GPS.

I know nothin about car systems but i want the best of bass so what sub and amp do i need for under $3000?

it cost around $2,000-$3,500 in a carfrom the dealership but i would see if you can change the head unit in the car and got to bestbuy have them put one of those flip-out moniters in there with gps
