Polk db212 Subwoofer Enclosure?

I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with this enclosure. It looks great and from the reviews I have read from Circuit City, Polk's site, and Crutchfield, it pounds pretty good. I was just wondering how loud it is. I know Polk has award winning home speakers, so I figure that these will have good sound quality, regardless of how loud they are. But it is only 750 watts RMS. I am looking for some affordable subs that will be dependable, put out a lot of bass, and have a high SQ and these just caught my eye. Are these a good buy, or am I better off to go with Kicker or MTX or something like that? Any feedback is appreciated.

For the price, it's decent. For sound quality for the budget-minded, I suggest TC Sounds' subs. Great SQ, Better price. For SPL, Kicker knows how to 'Live Loud'. Great 'pound' for the buck. To want SQ and SPL is not unheard of, but to have a sub that reproduces the whole freq. spectrum as well as be loud, is.

Only 750? You need to realize that is a lot. I have only 100 watts and when the subs are going all the way I can't hear my other speakers. That is plenty of power. Just don't go cheap on an amp
