How can u restart the radio's code of a 2000 eclipse gt..??..NEED HELP PLIZ!!?

i bought at an auction sale but i didnt notice that..so now i cant here music..how can you restart the code so that it can play cds and radio..if u buy another stereo will it work??..but first if you can tell me how to unlock it cause its coded already..much thanks

Does a 2006/7 dodge ram 1500 stereo head unit have rca aux inputs on the back of the unit?

Contact the dealership to get the code for that stereo. They'll probably have to pull it out to get the serial number so that it may be unlocked.

And yes, you can replace the radio and it will work fine. Its almost better and cheaper to just go to a shop and replace the radio, unless you have the infinity sound system.
