Answers:
Where can i go to get an aftermarket CD deck installed in my car?
According to the specs I found, that amp (provided this IS the right amp I looked up) is 2ohm stable. So running your Alpine's at 2ohms should give you the full 1000 watts to them.the bd1000 is 1000 watts rms at 2 ohms. if you were to wire the 2 subs in parallel it would be a 1 ohm load. wire it in series and it would be a 4 ohm load. the rating of that amp at 4 ohms is only 500, putting 250 rms into each sub. that amp is also under rated and probably puts about 600 rms at 4 ohms and 1100 at 2 ohms. i would return them and exchange them with the 2 ohm models so you can wire it in parallel to give the full 500 rms to each sub. had those subs before and blew them easily with a bd 1500, wouldn't recommend those subs.
