Ok i have 2 pyle plsq12d 700 watt rms subs with a pyle 2400 watt chopper amp will it work?

You're right pyle is junk. The question is which is more over-rated the speakers or the amp. Amps have gain control - adjust the gain on the amplifier until the speakers sound about right at your normal listening volumes - don't crank it past a reasonable point and you should be fine.
