My SONY XM SD22x stalls out?

Question:
I have a SONY XM SD22x that is connected to 2 12 kicker compvr subs and the amp gets real hot and the protection light comes on when im bassing out to hard. The subs are bridged. From my experience I believe that these subs are dragging out to much power from the amp and makes it go into protection mode.

I need someone to recommend me a Kicker amp to push these 2 subs to its potential and that is 2 channel since i connect my subs to its own channel. Also maybe someone can suggest a possibility to fix that issue with my sucky a** amp.

I just bought a car stereo im unable to find my two hot wires.can any one tell me how to direct wire it from?

Just find an amp that matches the watts RMS of the subs at the right impedance (ohms) and you'll never have to worry about the amp overheating. Just be sure the amp can get plenty of air circulation.
