Eugene is totally off.RMS (Root Mean Sqaure) is the nominal watts a speaker can handle continuously. You always want to match watts RMS between a speaker and a channel of an amp (or stereo).
How do we use reverse bass in cars?
Peak or MAX is what the speaker can handle in very short bursts (1/10 of a second) before damage occurs.
Sony Amp kicking out when the bass is to high.?
The other factors you need to familiarize your self with is impedance or the resistance of the coil in a speaker. This is measured in ohms (Z) for an AC circuit.

What can be the best name for an auto sound store?
75 watts means thats how loud the speaker will play before breaking or overheating! it means not continous power but say for instance you turn your volume up for 1 second and back down. 75 watts will be all that you will hear in that time frame anything more than that will pop the speakers. now 150 watts rms mean that you can turn the voulme up and play the speaker at 150 watts all day without anything happing. rms is the power the speaker can handle continuous. hope that helps. also when buying an amp or speaker look at rms not watts. watts is how much it can handle. rms is how much it can handle while playing!Real Simple bro ! 75W Continous watt input and 150W maximum wattage input.
