I just bought an Roady XT by Delphi for my car. My Xterra does not have a cassette player. How do I listen?

How do I listen through my car speakers without having a cassette deck in my car? I can listen through ear phones, but who wants to do that? Do I need an FM converter or something for it to get it to play through my speakers?

The best compromise of cost and performance would be a Delphi FM-direct adapter, part #SA10112. This is designed specifically for portable XM tuners like yours. You can find it just about anywhere satellite radio units are sold, or from many vendors online. It uses the built-in FM modulator in your XM unit to feed a signal directly into your factory radio's antenna connection, while at the same time cutting off outside signals that could interfere. When the XM radio is turned off, regular radio stations come in fine.

Where do you hook up the noise filters on a aftermarket stereo system with a sub and an amp??

I've installed more of these than I can count, and while I've seen a few of the adapters that were defective out of the package, the rest worked great--no hiss, no interference.
