Why no sound?

just got a new amp and sub. the amp has power (red light flashing with the sound of music) no power to speaker, i connected the remote wire from the amp to where the remote wire from car and stereo meet. is this wrong or is there another problem?

What is your opinion on the RE SX series!!?

No there is nothing wrong with that, make sure you have a good ground connection, that is what happens in most cases, depending on the brand of the amp. Change your ground wire location. make sure there is power coming from the remote wire at the end. it has to be one of those two things.
More advanced,it can be your speakers are hooked up wrong or did you happen to maybe put the ground and positive reversed ?

What is the size of aftermarket car door speakers I can put in a 2006 Chevy Silverado regular cab.?
