What is the smallest enclosure I could build for a 10 in. sub and still get good sound?
I dont know if your car cd player is like the one i use to have a toyota tacoma one... well anyways i burnt a cd onto a CD/RW which is read write and for some reason it didnt play. then I tried a CD/R and it worked.. so you might want to check if its a CD/R or CD/RW the CD/R should playWhich is better a L slot ported box or sealed box?
Maybe the receiver you have in your 98 does not read CD-RW's.have you tried putting your music on a MP3 player and using that in your car through an fm transmitter? What subwoofer is the better for ur car?
because the cd player doesn't play buned cd's, that's all...there's nothing wrong with the cd, or the cd player :)we burned a CD that wouldn't play in the DVD player
we got a higher quality blank CD and
had no problem
cheap ones do not seem to work
did you finish the cd not fill it up. But there should be a choice when your done burning the cd that will say finish the cd, aka make it readable in most cd players (remember most not all cd players will read burned cd's). Then it could also be that fact that you make have burned the cd as an mp3 and you hondas cd player dosent read mp3's
I have this radar detector (cobra XRS 9530) do you think this really works?
Did you burn it as a music cd or MP3 cd? The MP3 cd I almost promise won't play in a '98. The music cd should play, but maybe your reciever is too old. Try playing it in another car or a dvd player to your tv. If those don't work, it might be an MP3 cd.you have to burn it as a wave file not data. Older cd players cant read mp3
I need wiring help with my subs and 2 channel amp?
a burnable cd that says "music" on it will more likely than not work in any radio. they are usually meant for use with cd copiers vice computer burners, but some burners will make 'em work. another problem might be that you did not convert your mp3s to what is called "wav" format. that is the standard at which cds are encoded. winamp, a free music player, has a built-in function that allows you to convert mp3 to wav, but due to the age of your radio you MUST both do the conversion AND burn exclusively to discs that say "music" on them. those discs are becoming increasingly hard to find, so good luck!More Questions & Answers ...
