i have Mitsubishi lanser model 2000 i want to plug an audio device into the car audio device"tape player and radio" -without the tape with the wire i want to connect it to the cd plug from behind the tape player there is a black plug that conains 13 pin i want to know how to connect my i-pod to these pins plllzzzz any body help me? or plz tell me why all these pins for (i mean i need their legand)

even though i don't know for a fact, i have seen similar plugs on my radio (from an 03 lancer, i junked it because i couldn't find the code!) and other radios. some of those have had external cd changers and some had external amplification. could be either! i have spent many hours researching for free schematics in an attempt to defeat the code, but to no avail! i even took the dang thing apart, no good. best bet, get an FM transmitter.More Questions & Answers ...
