Montero sport radio issues?

Just bought used 1999 Montero Sport. Any body know how to unlock the code/what is the code to unlock the stereo system.

All locked up is there an override code for kenwood car stereo?

If the car came with all manuals then look through them and try to find the radio code, normally is on its own card saying RADIO CODE.

Would an alpine radio receiver sound better in my ford f-150 than the one that came with it(no speaker change)

If thats not there, you'll have to get the serial number from the radio by having it removed. Once you have the serial number you can then call the dealer to get the radio code. Sometimes if you get the serial number you can post it and if someone has access theyll look it up for you free of charge. If not, expect to pay anywhere from twenty to fifty bucks for it at the dealer or at an online third party webpage.
