Does anyone know any site 4 DAB radio singal booster cables?

No shity answers. I just want cables websites for DAB singal boosters.

I have everything plugged in to my radio, sub, amp,etc. and my amp has power and is on, but my sub won't work.

The only site I know which sells them are Autoleads (www.autoleads.co.uk) but thier website is rubbish to navigate and ordering from them is a bit of a pain (order numbers and accounts are necessary) alternatively,
If you pop into Halfords they can order up a DAB aerial with booster built into the cable. From my memory it is manufactured for both JVC and Sony DAB units. The aerial is designed to be mounted on the windscreen but it is quite discreet (with jus a pair of wires exteding about 30cm either side of a central box about 8x6cm).
The only issues are that the headunit must have capability to send power out of the aerial input. This can be identified in the headunit manual. usually under DAB signal booster or somethings similar and also that you're prepared to change the existing aerial as it is a complete aerial
I bought one for my JVC unit cost about £45 but well worth it and dead easy to install.
