I need help with my indash reciever?

Question:
So one day im listening to music with my indash reciever with cd player by kenwood. I park my car, when i come back to my car, its not working anymore. The Eject button works, but nothing comes up on the screen for it to work anymore. Does anyone have any idea on what the hell happened? I know its not the recier because i went to best buy and bought a new one and it was the same problem, nothing appears on the screen, like it cant turn on, but the eject button works.

chk to make sure you dont have a loose connection when you hooked up your wires. also chk to your ground wires and your positive hot wires are hooked up correct seems to be low on juice
