How Do I Fix a loose Auxiliary Jack?

Question:
The auxiliary jack in my car stereo is loose and only plays through my right speakers. Is there something I can safely put over the end of the cable to make it bigger so that it fits more snuggly in the jack?

Answers:

Ever wonder how to set the gains or what size power wire to use?

You can't put tin foil on it!?!? That will short out the leads. There is no quick fix for this. If you put something over the male end, it won't make the connection at all. You going to have to have it fixed right by soldering or anchoring the jack properly.

Try tin foil or replace the jack.
