If you go to Alpine's websit (see below), it lists the information you should have on hand prior to calling the tech support dept. This really helps the techs out so they can better understand your problem.

Also, if you just purchased the product from an AUTHORIZED dealer, they should be able to support you with this problem as your product is under warranty for one year.

Problem with CD player?

check the manual to see what the error code means. Since it's a car cd player, you might have to take the whole car in to the repair shop.
