New HF ham Radio laws?

Hi I live in the US and I was wondering what the new ham radio laws were on the HF band. I have a technician license and I thought I heard about some laws that took affect in February about being able to operate on the HF bands. Does anyone know what I am talking about and what frequencies are available to us? By the way my call is KD7OAS my name is Josh

It is true. Technicians now have CW privileges on 80, 40, 15
meters and CW, RTTY, data and SSB privileges on 10 meters. You'll need to go and see the bandplan for what areas we can operate in. 10 Meter SSB for Techs. is 28.300 to 28.500 though.
