you can add this to any radio.. you can also get a cd changer to add to any radio, which will be much easier to find

I don't think so mainly because if u do get a cd player then it will replace the old deck, if u have a tape player then u can get a special tape, its got a cord that plugs into the headphone jack of any cd player or mp3 player.
