as long as there is 1350 watts going to the one speaker, you can. now if it is a 2 or 4 channel amp then it is the 1350 divided by how many channels (speakers you can hook to the amp) but if it is a single mono amp and you only have one speaker hooked to it, you go past 1/4 to half and kerplunk.How do I connect car radio's ground wire to chassis?
Are you asking if a 1350 watt amp will blow a 1200 watt speaker. yes it can. but then again a 800 watt amp can blow a 1200 watt speaker.Its all about how you set your gains and the size of your box and all that lovely stuff.
