Question:
Ive been thinking about bulking up my car audio system. The local electronics store has Massive Audio along with a bunch others. I was wondering how these subs stand up to the rest. I was looking at a CW12 - which on the internet - it gets good reviews, but I would like to know how it stands up to say, Alpines 12" or any other known brands. Thanks for your input.

Peripheral connex2car charging system...?
You have to go with what you like but I can tell you that the Massive stuff kicks some serious butt. I competed for two years and never took home less than a second place. In the U.S. Western finals in Seattle our team took three firsts and two seconds (all running Massive). I run two Massive CW 12's and a Massive RS 150 amp. Best certified score was 150.5. Good luck with your system!I have a 600 watt sub. What kind of watt amp should I get?
They would be comparable in print, but I would stick with the known and proven Alpines. I own a audio shop and haven't heard of these guys yet so, Alpine would be my choice. Actually Kicker is whats in both my cars but I like the S12X's for sentimental reasons.very impresive sub i hear a suburban with only two 12 in a vented box and it was very very loud and clear
go back to the shop and ask them for a demostration this subs are diferent and they don't need a big magnet
i have procast mmats in my truck and the massive subs sound a lot better they are just a little to expensive for me
Has Anyone installed an Ipod adapter in a 2006 scion XB?
a demostration will do you absolutely nothing! that shop has a room you have a car. They have the optimal setup you probly wont. So a demo will do you nothing unless it is in your car and with the amp you have. Stick to the known brands and you ill be better off all around.More Questions & Answers ...
