i was told this would not work i cant believe how hard it is hitting and it seems fine no red light on my amp and it sound good should i run it a different way or is this bad on my amp.

Why do my subs sound bad when i close my trunk?
You are presenting a 2 ohm load to the amp. Most amps can only do a 4 ohm load bridged to mono. Check the specs on the amp. If anywhere it says that it is 1 ohm stable, you are OK. If it is only 2 ohm stable, you are pushing the amp too hard. It will eventually go into protection mode or worse yet, burn up. Add another sub and series the VCs on each sub and then parallel the subs to the amp and you will be perfect. In a radio there is usually bass and treable. what is the treable for?
