Why wont car radio remember presets?

hehehe..wait....I'll back you on this one. I have a focus, bought it NEW in 2002. My focus does indeed have the factory stereo in it according to the invoice, owners manual, and the service dvd. The faceplate your talking about is easily found at a junkyard, I've even seen a few on ebay. Probably your best bet would be to buy a whole unit from ebay...about the same price.

Need help with getting a system for my blazer extreme!?

Ford factory stereos aren't equipped with detachable faces. If you have a detachable face radio in your Focus, it's probably an after-market replacement.
