Hidden camera for a car?

Are there affordable (up to $200-$300) hidden camera solutions for inside of a car? Doesn't have to be supper hidden inside of dashboard, just that isn't obvious it's a camera.

Should I rewire my new car speakers to the head-deck?

I'm not even sure if it is legal to have something like that installed and recording, but let's forget legal issues for a moment.
