I have a Clarion DRX7675z car stereo, with a CD that will not eject. Any ideas on how to get it out?

The store where I purchased it is no longer open. I have tried re-setting it, but that didn't work. Hopefully it's just something simple - HELP!!

Try putting in another cd but don't let it go all the way in, hold on to the edge. Next press eject and try to pull the stuck one out with the one you are holding on to. It's worked for me before.
