This will result in a 4 ohm load.
what is the best remote car starter out there?
But you will need a bigger amp, say 600 watts RMS X 1 @ 4 ohms.

yes. mono is fine unless you are hooking up all the speakers in your car and not just the subs. How to connect Ipod to my stock stereo in my car?
Run speaker wires from the amp to the sub, and from that sub to the other sub, it will transfer the power from the amp to both subs.Honda Accord Speaker from back to from??
I answered your other post, I see that it is the same question just worded differently. Here is my answer again.First off you have the wrong amp for those subs. The subs will wire up correctly to a 4ohm load and work with the amp but you'll only be getting half the power of that amp. You'll only be getting about 150-200 watts rms. That amp was designed to push one of your subs, wired in parallel at 2ohms, not two of them. Your best bet would be to either get a different amp (2ch with rms between 300-600 bridged, closer to the 600 the better), get the SVC version of the subs you have (T5512-04's), or only use one of your subs. You could use this amp with the subs you have buy your results won't be anywhere near what they should and you'll probably be disappointed. So, if you choose to then don't go around knocking MTX when it doesn't sound like you want it. Hope this helps.
