Question:
I lnstalled another radio....I rerouted the speaker & amplifier wires but the humming sound continued. The only time I hear it is when the radio is turned on, and the motor is running. When I step on the gas pedal, the humming sound increases. How do I get rid of this terrible sound?

You have a problem with a ground somewhere. Try running an additional ground wire from the head unit to the amp.... or buy shielded RCA wires.just had parrot ck 3000 evolution hands free fitted but.........?
I hope you learned a lesson from all this.... Next time don't buy your stuff at Wall Mart!!!It is either you need a filter or the ground on the radio or the Amp is not good. You might need to ground the amp on a different location. If that doent work you might need an amp filter to go from the radio to the amp.
