I have a 600 watt sub. What kind of watt amp should I get?

Question:
I don't want that trunk rattling bass, just a nice sounding bass.

Answers:

Radio code 1995 Honda civic and asking again?

You need to find out the efficiency level of the subwoofer, preferably from the manufacturer or a knowledgeable car audio dealer. There will be a minimum wattage required by the sub to generate a good sound level, but it should be nowhere near the 600 watt capacity of the sub. If the sub speaker is quite efficient, you should only need about 50 watts at the most. (With efficient speakers, you can fill a high school gym with loud sound from a 30-watt stereo amp.)

What else do I need to get to install my amp and sub in my car?

u want a amp that runs at atleast 600 watts.
