Mercedes audio problem?

Question:
i have an idea what it might be but i need to know if anyone has access to the wiring diagram for the Head unit in a 2003 ML350. i installed a 10"sub to add alittle more bass and when the bass hits on the audio track the volume jumps louder than what i have it set, it sounds like the audio sensor that monitors ambient noise kicks in to compinsate for the increase in subwoofers bass and turns my stereo dial up. i did a little trouble shooting and found that it does it with any source,cd,tape, and tuner. any help will be very appreciated. thanks.

Sony Car stereo wiring?

You should be able to turn off that audio level sensor. I could even do that on cheap GM cars that I have rented.
