Clarion or Image Dynamics?

Question:
I am debating between a Clarion SRW1285 subwoofer and a Image Dynamics ID-12D4. Which one is the best for deep clean bass?

Clarion is going to be your best bet. I have heard the Clairons play and they produce some really deep clean bass and are very durable. Image dynamics also produces really clean deep bass, but the shop I buy my equipment from has had so many problems with people blowing the Image subs, they quit carrying this brand.
