Instructions for installing aftermarket head unit in 2002 Avalanche with onstar.?

Can someone please give me detailed instructions on hooking up aftermarket head unit in my 2002 Chevy Avalanche with onstar. I have hooked up several systems, but none have given me the problems this truck has.

Got to Crutchfield or Crutchfields online. I believe that have instructions you can get to help you install head units and speakers and such. I'm just not sure if you have to buy something to get the instructions though. Either way.. they are a kick@ss company.
