i need to remove the stereo out of my citroen saxo(2003)?
don't hook up an amplifier backwards unless you want to blow your radio sky high!, the only thing you can do to get more power is take the radio to a shop and have them peak it up, they can probably get another 2 to 4 more watts out of it , get yourself a linear amplifier if you want to put out a lot more power, they come as small as 50 watts and go to 2000 watts and the more power your radio puts into the linear the more power comes out of the linear, get a 200 watt linear and a good antenna and you will be talking skip all over the place, been there, done that.Whats the best iPod in car Audio?
Power may not be your problem. The best place to start is a good antenna. Linear amps are great (and Illegal) but without a good antenna you are wasting your money and possibly damaging your radio. If you are new to CB radios your best bet is to get the best radio and antenna you can afford and have a CB shop or someone who knows how to do it tune the antenna to the correct SWR. I use a Galaxy DX959 with a Wilson 5000 antenna and can talk and receive further than my friend can with a cheap CB and a 100w Amp. Mine is set up right and his is not. What amp do i need for my two 10" kenwood subs?
More power can help with catching the "skip", but if your radio does not have a good noise canceling feature, most of what you'll get is interference.
